By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our iOS applications (collectively, the "Services" or "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use our Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Apps, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a minor, you agree to take full responsibility for their usage of the application.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Our company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps on authorized Apple iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Apps.
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with any security features or access control mechanisms implemented within the Apps.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain feature sets, utilities, or premium functionality within our Apps may require payment, either via one-time purchases or recurring auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Billing & Processing: All payments, subscriptions, and transactions are processed directly by Apple Inc. via your iTunes/App Store Account. Our company does not collect or store your billing or credit card information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, trademarks, brand assets, interface design, code, graphics, and intellectual property rights in and to the Apps belong strictly to Faeza Faiq or its licensors. Unauthorised copying, redistribution, or reproduction of any part of the Apps is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Faeza Faiq does not warrant that the operation of the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all network configurations or hardware setup.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FAEZA FAIQ, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPS.

8. Modifications to Terms

Faeza Faiq reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
