The App allows users to measure Heart rate by camera sensor and track health-related information. BMI is calculated by height, weight, age.

The App allows users to manually enter and track health-related information, including:

This information is entered manually by the user and is used solely for tracking and monitoring purposes within the App.

We do NOT access Apple HealthKit, wearable devices, or other external health data sources.

1.2 Automatically Collected Technical Information

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

• Operating system version
• App version
• Anonymous usage statistics
• Crash reports
• Diagnostic data
• IP address (may be collected by Firebase for analytics purposes)

This information does not directly identify you.

To provide our visual identification services, Lens scan requires access to specific features of your mobile device:

• Camera Access: Used solely to capture real-time images of objects for scanning and identification.
• Photo Library Access: Used only when you explicitly choose to upload an existing image for analysis.
• Device Information: We may collect basic hardware identifiers (e.g., device model, OS version) to optimize performance and ensure compatibility with our neural processing engine.

2. How Identification Works (Technology Stack)

Lens scan utilizes a multi-layered approach to object detection and visual analysis:

• On-Device Neural Networks: The App utilizes optimized TensorFlow Lite (TFLite) and ONNX-based vision models integrated directly into the application binary. These models perform initial feature extraction, edge detection, and object classification locally on your device hardware.
• Proprietary Vision Heuristics: Our identification engine interprets spatial data from your camera to provide high-fidelity descriptions and metadata related to the detected objects.
• Dynamic Data Analysis: In cases where advanced contextual analysis is required, images may be processed through our secure, encrypted analysis pipeline to cross-reference identified features with global databases.

3. Data Processing and Retention

• No Image Storage: We do not store your raw photos or video feeds on our servers. Images captured for identification are processed in volatile memory (RAM) and are discarded immediately after the analysis is complete.
• Local History: Your "Discovery History" is stored locally on your device for your convenience. You can wipe this data at any time via the Settings > Data Management menu.
• Anonymized Telemetry: We may collect anonymized telemetry data (e.g., successful identification rates) to improve the accuracy of our local ONNX and TFLite models.

4. Third-Party Services

While our core identification is powered by proprietary on-device logic and vision frameworks, we may use standard service providers for:

• Search Engine Integration: To provide external web links for identified objects (e.g., Google, Bing, or Yandex).
• Cloud Infrastructure: Secured via industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for any ephemeral metadata processing.

5. Data Security

We implement rigorous security measures to protect your data. Since the primary identification logic is decentralized and occurs via on-device neural execution, the risk of data interception is significantly minimized compared to traditional cloud-only identification apps.

6. Children’s Privacy

Lens scan does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Our App is designed as a visual tool and does not require account creation or the submission of personal identifiers.

Welcome to Lens AI. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lens AI mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License and Use of the Service

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lens AI strictly in accordance with these Terms for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Proprietary Technology and Identification Services

• Neural Processing Engine: Lens AI utilizes proprietary vision algorithms, including optimized TensorFlow Lite (TFLite) and ONNX-based neural networks, to perform real-time and static image identification.
• Dynamic Analysis Pipeline: You acknowledge that our identification service relies on local on-device heuristics and encrypted data cross-referencing to provide object metadata.
• Accuracy Disclaimer: While Lens AI strives for high precision, visual identification is inherently probabilistic. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of any identified object, landmark, or plant. The results provided are for informational and discovery purposes only.

3. User Conduct and Responsibility

You agree not to use the App to:

• Identify or scan individuals for the purpose of harassment, stalking, or privacy violation.
• Capture or scan illegal substances, hazardous materials, or explicit content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary ONNX/TFLite model weights integrated into the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Lens AI or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Third-Party Links

The App provides links to external search engines (e.g., Google, Bing, or Yandex) to display additional information about identified objects. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services linked via our App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LENS AI IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE NEURAL IDENTIFICATION ENGINE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENS AI AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR USE ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE OBJECT IDENTIFICATION RESULTS PROVIDED BY THE APP.

8. Premium Access (If Applicable)

Subscription fees for any premium features are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by the respective store's terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
